Instructions
- 1. Slice croissants in half lengthwise.

- 3. Dip each croissant half into the custard mixture quickly to avoid sogginess.
- 4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Cook croissant halves cut-side down for 3-4 minutes until golden brown; flip and repeat.
