- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cook sweet potatoes until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes; mash and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Sift in cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt; stir gently until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing.
