Instructions
- Boil the Pasta: Fill a large pot with salted water and bring it to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a separate pan, heat heavy cream over medium-low until it simmers gently. Stir in truffle oil and grated Parmesan until melted.
- Combine: Drain cooked pasta, reserving some cooking water. Mix pasta into the sauce, adding reserved water as needed for consistency.
- Serve: Toss in chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper, and plate immediately with extra Parmesan if desired.
