- 2 cups sushi rice
- 1 cup fresh crab meat or imitation crab
- ½ cup Kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
- 3 nori sheets, cut into strips
- 2 tsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear; cook according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked rice with crab meat, mayonnaise, green onions, and half the cheese until well combined.
- Stir in sriracha and salt to taste.
- Layer half the rice mixture in the baking dish; top with remaining cheese and cover with the rest of the mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
