Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
- Add milk and vanilla to the egg mixture, stirring until blended.
- Gradually fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gently stir in dark chocolate chips.
- Fill muffin cups about three-quarters full and bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
