- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 4 oz grated parmesan cheese
- 4 oz gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 8 oz ricotta cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
- Brush olive oil over the dough, leaving space at the edges for the crust.
- Layer the mozzarella slices evenly over the dough, then dollop ricotta across.
- Sprinkle gorgonzola and grated parmesan on top.
- Bake on a preheated pizza stone or baking sheet for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil and red pepper flakes if desired.
