Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients gently.
- Fold in chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but the center remains gooey.
- Allow cooling slightly before serving warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
