Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter until smooth, then mix in granulated and brown sugars until creamy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda; gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and blue sprinkles evenly.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden; centers should be soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on wire racks before serving.
