Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol (or stevia), and baking powder.
- In another bowl, mix melted peanut butter and eggs until smooth, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until slightly cracked on top.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
