- 9 oz fresh ravioli (lobster or cheese)
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping parsley and setting it aside.
- Cook the ravioli in boiling salted water until they float (about 3-5 minutes), then drain.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Fold in the lobster meat and Parmesan cheese; season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked ravioli to the sauce, tossing gently to coat.
- Serve immediately topped with chopped parsley.
