  • 2 cups sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  6. Return pot to low heat; stir in heavy cream until well combined. Warm through without boiling.
