  • 16 oz Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Bake crust for 10 minutes; allow to cool.
