  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for topping)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a rectangular baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy; add milk and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Cool the cake, then poke holes in it and soak with a mixture of evaporated milk, condensed milk, and whole milk.
  7. Refrigerate for at least two hours, then top with whipped cream and strawberries before serving.
