  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (high-quality)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
  2. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until simmering. Remove from heat and stir in dark chocolate chips until smooth. Cool slightly, then pour over the crust.
  3. Rinse blueberries and pat dry. Arrange on top of the ganache once it has set slightly.
  4. Chill the assembled tart in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar just before serving, slice, and enjoy!
