- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (high-quality)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until simmering. Remove from heat and stir in dark chocolate chips until smooth. Cool slightly, then pour over the crust.
- Rinse blueberries and pat dry. Arrange on top of the ganache once it has set slightly.
- Chill the assembled tart in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Dust with powdered sugar just before serving, slice, and enjoy!
