Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (15 oz each) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 cup beef or vegetable broth
Instructions
- Set Instant Pot to sauté mode. Brown the ground meat.
- Add diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in crushed tomatoes and broth; add kidney beans and mix well.
- Close the lid and set to high pressure for 20 minutes.
- Allow for natural pressure release for 10 minutes before manually releasing any remaining steam.
