- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Gather your blender or food processor along with a measuring cup.
- Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves, then add them to the blender.
- Crack in the egg yolks and pour in the lemon juice.
- Blend on medium speed until smooth and frothy, about 30 seconds.
- While blending, gradually stream in the olive oil until thickened and emulsified, resembling mayonnaise.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, blend briefly for uniformity, then transfer to a serving bowl.
