- 2 slices of bread (sourdough or white)
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Spread butter generously on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice, butter-side down, in the air fryer basket. Layer with cheeses and top with the second slice, butter-side up.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Let it rest for a minute before cutting. Serve warm.
