Instructions
- Prep ingredients by slicing avocados and removing pits.
- In a bowl, mash the avocados to your desired creaminess.
- Stir in salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Toast the bread until golden brown.
- Spread mashed avocado over each slice of toast.
- Add your choice of toppings and serve immediately.
