Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat together milk and eggs. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in diced apples gently to avoid overmixing.
- Using an ice cream scoop or spoon, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
