  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Spread jam or drizzle honey over the center of the pastry.
  4. Place the brie cheese on top of the jam layer. Fold the pastry over the cheese, pinching seams to seal.
  5. Beat the egg and brush it over the wrapped pastry.
  6. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
