Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the chicken breasts into tender-sized strips.
- In one bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. In another, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
- Dip each chicken strip in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mix, pressing gently to adhere.
- Arrange coated tenders on the baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
