Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 cup asparagus or broccoli (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down on the prepared sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; drizzle over the salmon.
- Top with fresh dill and lemon slices; add optional vegetables around the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving with extra lemon wedges.
