- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 large eggs, whisked
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic and ground beef; cook until browned.
- Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning; simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, meat sauce mixture, whisked eggs, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish; top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
