  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.

  3. Mix in granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Fold in flour and baking powder gently until just combined.

  6. Allow bars to cool before preparing frosting. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth, then gradually add powdered sugar and milk until creamy.
