- 3 ripe bananas (about 1½ cups mashed)

- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup melted butter

- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth but slightly chunky.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon (if using).
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
