- 2 ripe bananas (about 1 cup mashed)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth with some chunks remaining.
- Stir in melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
- Optionally, fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
