- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups whipped topping (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for about five minutes until thickened.
- Stir in the vanilla extract to the thickened pudding mixture.
- In a serving dish, layer half of the sliced bananas at the bottom, followed by half of the pudding mixture, then half of the whipped topping.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed graham crackers over the whipped topping.
- Repeat layering with remaining bananas, pudding mixture, whipped topping, and crushed graham crackers.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
