Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 3 scallions, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust for spice level)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into uniform bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Pour the sauce over the hot chicken and stir until well-coated.
- Garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
