- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots and bell peppers)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place skin-side down on the prepared sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and honey until smooth; adjust spice levels as desired.
- Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- While salmon bakes, prepare rice according to package instructions.
- Assemble your bowl by placing warm rice at the bottom, topping it with flaked salmon and drizzling with bang bang sauce.
- Garnish with green onions and cilantro; add any extra veggies you prefer.
