Instructions
- Thaw shrimp if frozen; rinse under cold water and pat dry.
- In a bowl, combine flour with salt and pepper. Toss shrimp in the mixture until fully coated.
- Dip each floured shrimp in egg wash before rolling them in panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and hot sauce to taste; mix until smooth.
- Toss cooked shrimp with the sauce and serve on lettuce leaves.
