Ingredients

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups fresh coleslaw mix
  • 4 soft flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill or sauté chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp of 165°F).
  3. Let chicken rest for a few minutes before shredding with two forks.
  4. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well-coated.
  5. Lay out a tortilla, add BBQ chicken mixture and coleslaw on one side.
  6. Fold sides of the tortilla in and roll tightly from one end to another. Cut in half if desired.
