Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping the onion and measuring spices.
- Place chicken breasts into the crockpot.
- Pour BBQ sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with diced onions and garlic powder; mix gently.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Check if the chicken shreds easily with forks about 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve on buns or over rice with additional sauce if desired.
