  • 8 oz rotini or penne pasta
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup fresh bell peppers, diced
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or stovetop skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
