  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro or parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add cubed chicken and coat well.
  2. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers or metal skewers.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
  4. Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and charred.
  5. For the yogurt dip, combine yogurt with lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
