- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro or parsley
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add cubed chicken and coat well.
- Thread marinated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers or metal skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and charred.
- For the yogurt dip, combine yogurt with lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Serve skewers hot with the yogurt dip on the side.
