- 8 corn tortillas

- 2 cups enchilada sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- Sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion until soft, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic, cumin, and chili powder; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is golden.
