- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- ¼ cup soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients by slicing the beef against the grain and chopping vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate the beef in a bowl with soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Sear the marinated beef until browned (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add bell peppers and broccoli; stir-fry for about 5 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
- Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and water in another bowl; pour over stir-fry and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions before serving over rice or noodles.
