- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish lightly.
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until even.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Carefully fold in the fresh blueberries without squishing them.
- Pour the mixture into the greased dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.
- Allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares and serve warm.
