Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing until fluffy. Incorporate sour cream, vanilla extract, and eggs one at a time.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries and pour the mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
