Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chia seeds if desired. Stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Divide the mixture into jars or airtight containers.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, top with extra blueberries, nuts, or granola as desired before enjoying.
