Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; rub the mixture over each thigh.
- Arrange chicken on a baking sheet and tuck fresh herbs beneath them.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
