- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 1/4 cups warm water (110°F)
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and dust off your bread machine.
- Pour warm water into the pan, followed by sugar and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add bread flour on top of the yeast mixture, sprinkle salt on one side and olive oil on the other.
- Close the lid, select the basic white bread setting, and start the machine.
- Once baking is complete (about 3 hours), remove the bread carefully and allow it to cool on a wire rack before slicing.
