Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned; add bell peppers and onions until softened.
- Whisk together eggs and milk in a bowl.
- Fold in bread cubes and cheese into the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
