Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Unroll crescent rolls and place them evenly in the dish, pinching seams to form a crust.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Sprinkle sausage or bacon over the crescent roll layer and pour the egg mixture on top. Finish with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
