- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- Your favorite cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a large bowl; mix in granulated and brown sugars until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing in vanilla until glossy.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, then gradually mix into wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Layer half of the brownie batter in the pan, dollop cookie dough on top, then pour remaining brownie batter over and swirl gently.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes; toothpick should come out with moist crumbs. Allow cooling before slicing.
