Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan.

- In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
- Beat in the eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped peaches and pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Test doneness with a toothpick.
