- 1 (12.5 oz) can of chicken
- 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the canned chicken, softened cream cheese, and ranch dressing until smooth.
- Stir in the buffalo sauce and mix well. Taste and adjust heat if necessary.
- Gently fold in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, reserving some for topping.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
