- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (plus more for garnish)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (divided)
- Optional: extra hot sauce to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an oven-safe dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the Buffalo sauce until well combined.
- Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the green onions; adjust spice level with extra hot sauce if desired.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from oven, top with remaining cheddar cheese and green onions. Serve hot with tortilla chips or veggies.
