- 3 cups shredded boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced for garnish
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil or poach chicken until cooked through (15-20 minutes), then shred with two forks.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, sour cream, and half the cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheddar on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
