  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil or poach chicken until cooked through (15-20 minutes), then shred with two forks.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
  3. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, sour cream, and half the cheddar cheese until well combined.
