- 2 cups canned chicken, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (medium heat)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine drained canned chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended.
- Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle additional cheddar on top if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before garnishing with sliced green onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
