Instructions

- Add cream and cheese: Lower heat, pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously; gradually mix in parmesan until melted.
- Incorporate buffalo sauce: Stir in buffalo sauce and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Toss pasta: Drain cooked pasta and add it to the skillet; toss until well-coated in the sauce.
- Serve: Plate hot and garnish with extra parmesan or parsley if desired.
